Kung Fu

We practice traditional Wudang Kung Fu of the San Feng lineage. This includes Northern long fist, Baguazhang, Xing Yi, weapons, and lots more.

Tai Chi

We do Wudang San Feng style Tai Chi (taijiquan). This is a slow-moving martial art with a meditative focus, centered more around health cultivation than martial application.

Qigong

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese health cultivation practice, a set of slow exercises to maintain balance, improve flexibility, and stimulate the flow of internal energy.

About

Brandi & Simon

We spent six years living and training in China under master Yuan Xiu Gang at the Wudang Daoist Traditional Kung Fu Academy. While there we studied Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, meditation, herbal medicine, Daoist music, and ancient and modern Chinese language.

In 2014 we moved to Houston where Simon wrote his PhD under Jeff Kripal and Anne Klein at Rice University. In 2019 we moved up to Penticton, BC, and opened our Kung Fu school.
